If you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, with your online purchase, you can return the unused products. Products have to be returned within 14 days after the date on which the order was received. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returned products which were not purchased in the No-Excess.com web shop and neither can products which were purchased via our webshop be exchanged or returned at a store.
Log in and follow the instructions under the ‘return’ heading in my account > return and follow the instructions on the screen. If you have any problems, please send an email to email@example.com.
Pack the products together with the returns form in properly sealed packaging. Write the address below on the outside of the package. Hand in your package to your local courier service in order to have the package returned to us.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange your returned products. If you would like a different size, colour or product, you can place a new order in our webshop. The new order will then be delivered to you the following day (provided there are no problems at the delivery firm).
You can return the products to us by post. You will have to pay the immediate costs of returning the products. We recommend that you use a courier service which ensures the value of the products which your return. Always ask for a track & trace code when returning products. Without this code we will not be able to help you in the event that the products are lost by the delivery firm.
All goods will be inspected upon receipt. Products must be returned undamaged and must still bear the original labels. After the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account you used for the original purchase. You should take account of the fact that the speed of credit card refunds are always dependent on processes at your bank.

Our products have been carefully put together and are of a high quality. However, a fault may have occurred during manufacturing. If you think that the product is defective, please tell us immediately what is wrong and attach a photo to your message. Please note that, if products you have received are defective or damaged, you must inform us within a reasonable period after the defect or damage has been discovered. If a product exhibits defects or manufacturing faults upon receipt, you can return the product to us at our expense by filling in the returns form.
We will reimburse the costs of returning a defective product. Please send a copy of the consignment note, including the track & trace code and the package returns number to firstname.lastname@example.org. After the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within a couple of days to the account you used for the original purchase.
If you have a problem or complaint about a product that you bought in a store, we recommend that you contact the store in question. Contact information relating to our sales outlets can be found in our Store Finder.
You can also submit a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform. The ODR Platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
In case you want to return a complete order you also have to return the free gift you received during our giveaway promotion. Failing to return the gift could result in an extra charge. In case you want to return an item from your order but the order total remains above the minimum order amount required to obtain the gift, you can keep the gift and no extra costs will be charged.
Returned products are not accepted if not accompanied by a valid returns number.
The products are your own responsibility until they have been received in our warehouse.
